This nice hotel is exceptionally located right by the ocean. It’s only a 10 minute walk to town and all shops, restaurants and such. Rooms are clean and good sized. While I had a good view of Sweden, the overall experience was mediocre. I stayed for several nights with a business group. The overall facilities were a bit shabby. We did have a nice dinner at the restaurant. They did agree to start breakfast 15 minutes early as our group had to checkout and leave before 8 am. Much appreciated!

Room not ready and bath dirty. Breakfast so far simple and lack of staff. Room forgotten to clean daily. You do not feel really welcome as a guest. Staff is generally badly organized including the whole organization. Room fridge was locked. No water cooker to brew a tea or coffee. Bar not available during the day. Balkony not cleaned over... Lovely seaside location with easy walk to Kronberg Castle. Beautiful view from the room, though the room was a bit tired. The hotel lobby and restaurants are beautifully modern, but the rooms seem in major need of an update aesthetically. This Hotel has a good foyer area, well coordinated colour with its upholsteries and fixtures. However, these doesn't extend to the room that I got. The lobby is very impressive and the views are great. I was first put in a parking lot view room, once I entered I realized I had booked a sea view room I told reception and the error was quickly and easily fixed. Me and my working colleagues have had a conference in this hotel. It's a 5 star hotel and looks like a russian "Ermitage" museum. Very beautiful, great facilities for a big groups and perfect for hosting conferences. The working staff was nice and helpfull.. But it really has one HUGE issue that people as travellers need to take into consideration!!.... More
