Disappointing for a Hotel that claims 5 Stars. The Bathroom (WC bowl) was not clean - When a complaint was made the attitude was "Ok we will tell the housekeeper". I booked last minute for a room here. The room I got for 1595kr was a tiny room. It was functional and clean. It was good for a short stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is nice. It's very close to the royal palace and ferries.

Our third stay here, primarily because of the location but also because we prefer the smaller, more personal Strand to the larger, corporate Waterfront Radisson. Stayed here on a brief overnight and didn't get much of a chance to explore the hotel. My room was large, modern and had a very comfortable bed! Breakfast buffet was ok but nothing special. Staff were helpful, welcoming with excellent English.

Lovely staff, great location, good breakfast but not quite 5 star standard. We had a few problems with Internet access having a room at the side but staff did everything to help us sort it out. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and food was good.

Expensive proposition but the value was nothing short of disaster. Rooms were horribly small and unbelievable that I literally stayed in a match box for 17 days.
