Got a room in the annex building and the room was nothing special, more like a mid class hotel. The meals was also a disapoinment, simple lunch and over cooked fish for dinner. Sorry, but this whole place feels like it needs a very good make over.
We stayed at Svarta Herrgard 5/7/2012 and it was wonderful. Their dinner was excellent, the room old style luxury and the manor house charming. Note: Bathrooms are up-to-date. All around excellent place to stay for our last real night in Sweden. It is so nice to have a drink in the comfortable salon before dinner and coffee there after dinner....
