Our hotel is not an ordinary hotel. It was once a stable. Farm atmosphere is unique and all rooms have different decorations. The hotel has 14 rooms with private shower/toilet and TV. The building is from 1800, but with most modern standards. We have ordinary standard at affordable prices. A generous breakfast buffet is always included. Check in after 15.00 (or by arrangement) and check-out by 11:00. The hotel is located in Söndrum, between Halmstad and Tylösand. If you want to look around, you can borrow a bike. We can help with suggestions for excursions. Halmstad is a golfer's paradise. There are plenty of golf courses near our hotel. No smoking allowed. We, the owners, are living at the same place as Hotel Hovgård is situated and we like to share the special atmosphere with our guests. We think it is the best place to stay.
