Overall, this is a decent hotel in central Turku, with most everything within easy walking distance. The rooms are ok, but nothing special. While the wired internet is free, wifi is not (which is both ridiculous & a rip-off). The breakfast buffet was quite good, with all the standard Scandinavian faire.

The hotel in itself is located in a central location. From outside looks like a Soviet Style building. Inside the reception hall is dark, and upstairs the corridors have a strange stench. The room as ok. The sink was clogged. Nice touches of tea and coffee pot in the room.

I liked this hotel, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the optional ethernet link for higher speed internet was very helpful for work. Pros: Location, OK breakfast Cons: crappy TV, small and inconvenient (for example light switches in odd places) room, too thick and hard pillows, bathroom is small and looks outdated and filthy and there was no hand shower for toilet. Summarum: Fills only the basic needs for business trip / short stay. Not good for couples etc.
