We unfortunatly did not get the upgraded room we reserved and had preciously, but they did have a large convention in the hotel and that was their reason for giving our room away. Nicely renewed hotel struggling with the old architecture how to make use of corridors and levels. Basic rooms and bathrooms, high ceilings, but nice personal, great breakfast and free internet which works. Close to Graz castle and city centre.

Very close to the city centre and to tram system. Very clean. Rooms a bit small and bare. You can also reach it quickly from the train station as it is just 3 stops away. In my opinion it is a bit expensive for what it offers.

Large rooms with spartan furnishing in need of decoration (black marks & cracks on walls), wooden floors covered in black scuff marks. Very basic bathrooms, pubic hairs in shower and on towel. The breakfast and the front desk staff are the hotels redeeming features.
