The hotel is in great location, just in front of the river and beside the Graz Art Museum. Everything are practically within walking distance from the hotel. Room and service are excellent. The restaurant/bar is serving great foods.

An old and new hotel. The rooms are OK, everything you need but nothing more than that, I had a good night sleep. The service is very good and the bar-area is very good. The breakfast has lots of variety and good quality. The fitness room needs some upgrade, only 3 exercise bikes and no weights .

WLAN in my room was bad. WLAN in the rest of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are clean. A really nice bar is directly in the hotel. Staff was very friendly.

You get a tiny room with very old heating and without climate control and they say "you have booked our medium quality room and we have given you that". And this in a five star hotel. This says all. Only the breakfast is good, forget the rest
