The front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. I had specifically asked for air conditioning for the 2 rooms I reserved. The Zum Dom proves that classy hotels don't have to be stuffy or impersonal. Great location - walking distance to most sights and great shopping but just far enough away from the hussle bussle to be quiet. Located in the middle of Graz, this Hotel is a nicely 1997 refurbished old style Graz building. It was built in 1775 as Palais Inzaghi. Each room is decorated for its own, they are all very stylish. The breakfast area is a wonderful renovated courtyard, enhanced to a wintergarden, to make the courtyard useable year-round. more
