Our visit to Salzberg was accompanied by rain so it took an edge of our visit .The location was great and enabled us to visit everything in spite of the rain. All members of staff were attentive and helpful something that adds to one's stay.

There are many positives about this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old city next to to Opera and festival halls. Stayed here with friend in April and ad such a marvellous stay. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, the location is ideal and everything felt within walking distance. A little gem in a beautiful city. Highly recommended

This hotel had a great location - right on Getreidegasse (the street with all the rod iron signs). We were able to walk everywhere we went. The concierge was helpful and made great recommendations. They took great care of us, giving us champagne for my birthday :)
