We stayed here in April/May this year. The Hotel was so wnderfully placed to explore the beautiful city of Saltzburg and we were so impressed by the quality of the service, our accomodation and the whole experience. I will return to this Hotel without a shadow of doubt. The staff particularly those at reception were so helpful and kind.

Nice spa, friendly staff on hand, good breakfast. Room (in the 'Residenz' across the road) was smart although i don't like pushed together single beds. A bit noisy on the road. Decent shower. Good location for town and restaurants. Wifi dropped out a fair bit in our room.
