The best part about this hotel is that is in a great location when visiting a really charming medieval town in Austria. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms modern and spacious. Good breakfast. Helpful staff but all of them are not really comfortable speaking English. One of the few places outside Finland where sauna is good. Decent swimming pool. No gym.
