We, and another couple, recently stayed at this hotel for three nights in Vienna, Austria. The location of the hotel is superb with quick access to the metro and the historic venues of Vienna. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are all within steps of the hotel - with so much available outside the hotel we did not drink or dine... More

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it. It goes downhill from there. The rooms are clean but the mattresses so old that you feel the springs digging in to your back. The bath was half size, fine for young kids but no good for adults. No tea making facilities in the rooms. The breakfast was nice... More

Excellent hotel!!! We couldn't ask for a better location, it is in the city centre and close to everything: shops, restaurants, attractions etc.... The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the food is very nice too. The hotel bar is also good, with great service. All in all - highly recommended.

the location is everything!! Hotel rooms are clean and OK in size. we upgraded so we can have the business lounge which was NOT worth it. The breakfast is expensive and you can get a nice breakfast across the street for half the price. Staff does not know how to give good advice about food and stuff to do.....so do... More

Well situated hotel, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious but very plain! Staff not specially friendly! Good bathroom, extremely clean and bedlinen changed everyday! Breakfast expensive for quality which l found poor, better go out and try one of the famous cafe nearby!

Its almost impossible to find a hotel where you find all services and aminities are not only there they are made convenient for you. From bathroom aminities that adjust to your height.
