The hotel Mercure Wien Europaplatz is perfectly adequate for a weekend. Basic but adequate. Evening meal excellent. Breakfast in the morning is a scrum - need to plan your time ie get up VERy early ie 6am! More

On the good side, the hotel is clean, well located and the buffet breakfasts are great. The rooms are tiny and you have to pay for Wi-fi unless you go to the lobby. I have less and less tolerance for hotels that prefer to "make a buck" on wi-fi ad opposed to provide value for their customers. More
