We stayed here for five nights between Christmas and New Year’s eve (5 of us) for the first time in this hotel and this beautiful city. I chose this hotel because it was much cheaper than the Marriott and was still in the city and close (a stop or two on the metro) to everything. They upgraded us to a... More

I'm not one of the career diplomats who gets a black Mercedes ride across the river to IAEA HQ on the other side of the river. I get to walk or take a taxi but this hotel made me feel like one of those upscale diplomats. The location could not be better. The riding school, the east-meets-west architecture church, the... I stayed there for only 1 night in january/2012 with my wife and daughter. The hotel is not so close to any tourist attraction : you need to walk 15 minutes to reach the Opera and the main streets. But the staff is very helpful and we had a great stay. I will consider this hotel in my next visit... More

Fabulous accommodation with large comfy bed. Super duper buffet breakfast including smoked salmon. Bit difficult to find the hotel but otherwise excellent. More

We stayed there for 3 nights and everything was correct. I liked the breakfast menu-many delicious things to choose from! However, the restaurant where the breakfast was served, was crowded and unfortunately I found some hotel guests sitting next to us haven't adjusted their behaviour and manners to the place! Anyway, the rooms were spacious and ellegant. The subway is... More

Fantastic hotel centrally located quick tram ride to the opera house and main shopping street. Stayed in the historic wing room was nice, typical for an upscale American chain. Got a great package at check-in for 35 euros per day unlimited internet and breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic with quite a selection with some interesting Austrian selections each with a... The staff were friendly and courteous. All of the staff spoke English. The rooms were clean, warm, and spacious. We could walk to the Belvedere Palace. The train station is directly behind the hotel. Which made it easy to hop on and get into town or anyother point of interest in Vienna. There were local restaurants near by. More

My husband and I stayed here for a week in July of 2011. Buffet Breakfast was included in our daily rate - Special Summer Package - and I must say that the food was excellent! Lots to choose from and all very delicious. Eggs were made on the spot at your request and the staff was very friendly and provided... More

Location is OK if you do not mind being a litle away from the center of Vienna. A taxi ride to Musik Vereign and Kertner Strasse, some of the more central areas. The lobby is nice and classy otherwise this hotel is dated and shows wear and tear, in need of renovation/refurbishment. The rooms were large enough for our use,... More
