All the other guys said are very correct. We have been in this hotel for 2 nights with out tourist group. There were no chance. This hotel is student hostel from 1960 or 70. No signe of mantaining the things in hotel. I think, the newest thing in hotel is 20 years old. The bath room is with full of...

First the good points.
The hotel location is very good, within walking distance of the City Centre and all the major attractions, and with easy access to public transport if preferred.
The bathroom was clean, also the bed linen and towels. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was ok.
Now the bad points.
The hotel is clearly designed...

The hotel is really not the perfect place you can find in Vienna but it has many advantages-it's located at the centre of the city, next to the Parliament, the rooms are not so bad ( i actually expected them to be worse than they were) - they have everything they need to have. However, you should have in mind...

I stayed in the hotel in July 2010. I must admit the outside facade was really bad, and the room was really small with 2 beds that were miles apart. There was no air conditioning and the room was really hot. The breakfast really needs improvement, service there was non existent and there was very little choice of food, only...

my wife and i stayed 4 nights at this 3 stars rated hotel.
I would rate it a 2 star Student home.
Seeing we have a Ukranian background we suffered from a back to the USSR flash back.
Overall communal areas were clean. Room had lots storageroom, bathroom urgently needs renewel (light turns itself on/off), no hairdryer, no ventilation.
Bed...

The hotel has old and broken furniture, but this is nothing compared to its dirtiness: I remained there for a week, and during my stay no one used a vacuum cleaner in my room! Moreover, the breakfast is poor; so, the quality/price ratio is very low. The one positive notes are the position and the kindness of the staff, but...

I agree wit somebody which said "most likely it's a student dorm".
The good thing is the location close to the Ring. The bad ting is the car parking costs 20 euro/day.
There are no double rooms but only twin rooms. The rooms are clean and so are the bathrooms. Poor ventilation in the summer and no air conditioning.
Breakfast...

I stayed for a month at the Atlas Hotel with a law school group from New Orleans. The Atlas is pretty clean, it has a good restaurant/bar downstairs and the Price is good. But when I went it was the summer time and for 2 weeks out of 4 the temperature was over 100 Degrees F or 38 degrees C....

I went to Hotel Atlas to attend a conference, and picked this place to save some money.
This "hotel" looks like a student dorm (which I suspect it is). It is worn, with dirty floor carpets and walls (however no insects). The room was hot, and the bed was not good and very narrow. Also, the breakfast was boring, with...
