All former reviews found out to be true. The hotel is most friendly, convenient, well located, well kept... Free fast WiFi is availeable all around. Breakfast is very rich and tasty. most recommended!

Spiess & Spiess is not inexpensive but well worth the cost. Spiess & Spiess offers very comfortable accommodations in a beautiful building on a quiet street and is very convenient to most everything. We stayed at Spiess & Spiess for seven days and have good news and bad news. The good news is that the place is terrific, the staff, the location and the rooms are all as expected. I stayed for three nights in May 2013 and couldn't have been happier. The Speiss family is lovely and was extremely helpful with suggestions for places to visit in Vienna.
