Very friendly atmosphere and the staff were always helpful and assisted with enquiries regarding transport and locating sites to visit.The range of food offered was excellent.We have previously stayed at Novotels in other parts of Europe and have always been satisfied with the service offered.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The short walk to the city centre wasn't too bad when it was dry. Great breakfast, with lots of quality food. Only one morning did they not have enough Danone. Polite staff and nice (helpful and speak very good english), clean rooms. Would gladly go back and recommend the place to anyone who wants to go to Vienna.

Fire alarm started after midnight. For a good 10-15 minutes, there was no announcements on what to do and whether guests should proceed to evacuate. Naturally, reception line is busy answering all calls. Poses a safety hazard in the event if there is a real fire.

Hotel is well located - approx 10 mins walk from center. Rooms are well equipped and kept very clean. Staff are very friendly, helpful and speak very good english. Food in restaurant is first class and much better than you would normally expect in a hotel restaurant. Would defintely recommend.
