This 10 storey hotel has only ONE small lift..bedlam at peak times. Website on our booking offered breakfast buffet...what a joke!!!. About 10 min. by foot from the Central station, location is not 5, but solid 4. Young friendly staff, modernly furnished room. Free hot tea in the lobby. Clean and generally comfortable. Price is more than fine for Oslo!!
