Friendly atmosphere,delicious breakfast and comfy rooms with helpful owners who accommodated us late at night. All in all a great place to stay.

First visit to Eastbourne and what a find. Cosy twin room, very comfortable bed, superb full english breakfast. Barbara and John are very good hosts, friendly and full of knowledge about the area. Approx. 5 mins walk to beautiful sea front. Good pub across road with lovely selection of food. I would highly recommend a stay with them.

we were only there 2nights,felt very welcolm as soon as we went through the door,roam very comfy & everything we needed,breakfast was excellent and the bast coffee we,ve tasted..lovelly location,pub/resturant just across the road, great food in there for the evening. overall we had nothing to complain about, very good value.supurb!!
