What can I say the title says it all. We had a top floor twin room in 'the Lodge' which was very small, with only a head and shoulders view out of the window - I could rest my chin on it. The shower room mirror was so high on the wall that I could only just see the top... More

We stayed over the Bank Holiday weekend and had a wonderful time. While the hotel may not be in the latest boutique hotel style, it has all the charm of a British seaside hotel. The best view was to be had from our room! Sea views plus a view of the town and all the hussle and bustle on the... More

arrived Friday tea-time with coach load of 24 OAPs (my husband was the coach driver so I was allowed to come on the trip). The staff were all helpful, friendly & courteous - they even changed one ladies room as they saw she struggled to walk far even though nobody had asked for this. Breakfast & evening meals were great... More

Just returned from the Queens having had a FAB time, the management & staff work so hard to make sure our stay was A1. Over 25 years of visiting this hotel it gets better & better, the food and accommodation is exceptional, always being upgraded, a warm happy place to stay.

As a party of 30 people we arrived friday lunch time and stayed until after lunch on sunday. The staff were courteous and willing to assist as a few of us had disabilities. The food was excellent with a good choice for both breakfast and dinner. My room was a single which was small but comfortable for the 2 nights... More

My wife arranged a surprise party and meal plus a one night stay last weekend at this hotel. The meal was fantastic backed by excellent and attentive service by the restaurant staff who provided a birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday. A very nice personal touch indeed as was the wine, chocolates, and birthday card in our room on arrival.... More

Just returned from a two nights, nice atmosphere and lovely breakfast and evening meals, the room was a double but to be honest very small. Would have been better if it was a single.
