Glen and Gill very friendly and welcoming. Room excellent value and very clean. Fantastic breakfast, We will definitely stay there again when next in Llandudno. Would highly recommend. The friendliest B&B we have stayed in.

Planned to visit friends in the area and knew of Lakelands by repute. Not disappointed! Lashing down with rain on arrival and no apparent place to park. We arrived at Llandudno after booking a place around the corner called Kestrels, once we arrived we got shown to our room and we were so appalled by it we left to find a new B&B. When we came across Lakelands we were very pleased and enjoyed a lovely stay, would stay again.

You could not ask for better hospitality than that offered by Glen and Gill at Lakelands. They bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. Very good value for money with great breakfasts and well equipped clean rooms.
