The Empire Hotel is a gem of a place. My family recently celebrated an anniversary and a table for 20 guests was booked in advance. Service was exemplary, the atmosphere was top-notch, the meals were delicious and everyone had a fantastic night. Without a shadow of a doubt the Empire Hotel truly deserves 5 out of 5.

This was very much my sort of hotel. The rooms, public and private, have character; the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the situation is excellent. we stayed 3 nights and 4 days at the Empire Hotel in Llandudno BB & EM basis. The room was lovely, food brilliant and very friendly and helpful staff. Only one complaint, the pool was not very user friendly, it has no hand rails around either the swimming pool or the pool which I think is necessary,

A real throw back to quality, great service, very professional yet very friendly too. A great location too, Llandudno really is a pretty place and the surrounding area truly beautiful. What a great place to spend a few days, if you get the weather to go with it, you will love it here.

Booked this hotel last minute. Booked 2 double rooms. What a find this was. The hotel was beautiful, the staff so friendly, room decor lovely, beds comfy, pool fantastic, piano bar memorable, breakfast great, overall a great stay. Value for money, could not have asked for more, Much recommended.

A real treat to visit. Bedrooms especially in no 72 very comfortable-food excellent especially evening meal in Watkins restaurant. Pool great for an early morning swim but maybe unsuitable for older guests due to spiral steps down to pool. Suited us as we had the pool to ourselves! The Thursday and Sunday night specials are the best value !!
