No problems at all with this place to stay for a weekend break with our 2 dogs. It seems some people write on Tripadvisor just to make a point because they have their own agenda, I mean who wants to leave their dogs shut in a strange room anyway or you get a strop on when you expect far more... Had a wonderful midweek break at this Hotel. Clean, comfortable, warm and a really good breakfast included in the price. It is close to the beach, the pier and the tram to the Great Orme is around 100 yards away. Dog friendly, which is a bonus for us, with our Jack Russell (Tess) Many thanks Jean. See you, once again,... More

Can't fault the room, or the cleanliness, or the food. All were excellent. The only (very small) gripe would be that we felt a little bit like we were back at school. Jean is lovely but a little stern, which is very probably a good thing with awkward customers!! Also, I wouldn't class The Chelsea as a hotel, it's a... More

Stayed here for a mid-week break with our dog whilst visiting relatives, on recommendation from some friends - we like to escape from having to visit too much when we feel like it so staying somewhere else gives you the excuse! LOL! It was rainy when we were there so we made use of the conservatory to read, and the... More

Cant believe this place is still open.... we booked for the one night, and tried to cancel four days before the booked date, the landlady refused saying she'd altered her booking rules. We turned up anyway, save wasting the money, and to have a pleasent evening away from the hustle & bustle. we were not expecting what we found. The... More

Just returned from a superb weekend at The Chelsea Hotel. Cannot fault the service. We were met at the door by Rebecca who helped us with our bags up to our room (room 5, very clean, comfy bed, boss view of the Great Orme) We met Jean next morning at breakfast, lovely lady, very helpful, full of advice about Llandudno,...
