excellent hosts,excellent breakfasts,easy parking,very comfortable beds,very clean Quiet location but very well placed for Llandudno attractions and visiting attractions elsewhere in north wales. Only eight rooms but well organised. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for my birthday weekend. Lovely welcoming guest house in a great location for exploring North Wales. Colin and Deb were very welcoming and helpful, and Breakfast is amazing, particularly the fried bread!! Would definately recommend this place.

Very clean and comfortable room. Very friendly hosts. Colin carried our 2 very heavy suitcases up to the top floor and back down again when we left. Best breakfast we had on the entire 2 week trip. Thank you for your hospitality!
