A return visit to a great place to stay. Fiona and Keith made our family break most enjoyable. Delicious breakfasts and a warm comfortable clean room overlooking the Great Orme. Nothing is too much trouble, parking easy and help with visits and places to eat.

Fiona and Bruce go out of their way to ensure your stay in Llandudno will be great. Need advice on where to go, just ask. The place is spotless, warm and welcoming. We stayed in the budget room which was small but perfectly adequate. As an all male couple we were as welcome as anyone else. Highly recommend

u was traveling alone with work for 5 night's I was made to feel welcome the staff were very helpful bad helped me with my luggage and accommodated me with an early breakfast as I had to go out to work. very nice tv room to relax in the evening and a bar service if desired would definitely recommend
