Stayed prior to a sport competition in nearby Woodbridge. Rooms clean, fairly quiet (a little road noise from the flyover behind the Hotel but not too loud. The Hotel was as you would expect from a Premier Inn, comfortable, economical and convenient. The staff in this particular Hotel we found to be exceptional, one in particular went out of her way to be helpful and was the smiling embodiment of customer service. The food in the reatuarant though was poor value.

The premises are scrupulously clean, looked after by friendly, helpful staff. So quiet I bought deaf aids! An excellent budget stop over. Convenient for visiting the area.The meals in the adjacent Beefeater Grill, where breakfast is served, are very good value, served by similarly professional, friendly staff. Keep it up guys!

Stayed in September 2012.Room and adjourning Pub/Restaurant excellent. Ideally situated for Ipswich and touring locality. One criticism was TV just been updated and TV reception was adequate, but sure that this just initial teething problems and all is well now.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel after attending a wedding locally. Recently refurbished it was lovely, the reception guy was very helpful and friendly, the decor looked and smelt fresh.
