We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt totally relaxed and were welcomed with the offer of coffee and biscuits. We had decided to opt for an evening meal as well as breakfast. I am so pleased we did as it was one of the nicest meals we have had in a very long time. Three courses of freshly made,... More

My husband and I stayed at Caxton House over the Easter weekend and had a lovely peaceful break. Wendy and Paul are brilliant hosts who do everything they can to try and make your holiday special. The food is all cooked from fresh with plenty of choice for breakfast and the evening meal. Wendy even made an Easter egg hunt... More

Paul and Wendy really made our stay here special, remembering every detail, such as our children's names, how we liked our eggs etc. The family room was spacious and comfortable, beautifully furnished, and our children were made to feel so welcome eg Paul invited them to help him feed the fish in the pond, Wendy put their teddies in different... Stayed one night whilst travelling through. Room ok, but in need of updating /decorating. The Shower was very poor, the water barely trickled through, hardly worth having a shower.. Breakfast good selection. Parking easy for beach and theatre. Approx 10min walk Hosts friendly.

We stayed here on 10th august for 1 night in a family room which had bunk beds for the kids. A really great place - just off the busy road but only 5-10 minutes to the beach. Clean, friendly and had a very pleasant stay Breakfast was amazing with such a vast choice to choose from - by far the... More

Fantastic hosts, great food and very comfortable. About 10 minute walk from Skegness centre, so easy to get to the attractions. Breakfast was brilliant, all you could want, and the special homemade jams were gorgeous. The evening meal was great too.

It was a last minute decision to visit Skegness and after consulting TripAdvisor we decided that this guest house looked the best. In our opinion it lived up to expectation offering a great place to stay in the quieter end of town. Our room looked newly decorated and offered all the facilities you would expect from a hotel, not a... More

Stayed just one night - on a Friday. No problem parking and warm welcome. Room spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. The only negative comment was that the shower was so weak that it was almost impossible to wash hair. Quiet area away from the rowdy centre but not too far to walk. Wonderful breakfast. If you can get a... More
