Staff very helpful and friendly. Food very nice. Room clean. (Toilet flush not brilliant). Excellent singer on Friday (Colin Starr). All in all great value for money. Would go again. Good location- very handy for shops and amusements. A short bus ride away from Butlins and Fantasy Island.

Arrived at the hotel to find no-one manning the reception but when someone did arrive, they were polite and courteous, informing me exactly where my room was. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a one night break with national holidays. We found the rooms to be basic but clean and we had requested a seaview which was allocated and our room had a lovely balcony, and adequate tea and coffee was supplied. The staff were very friendly and efficient especially at meal times, were... More

I only stayed here for one night on a National Holidays' weekend, but I would stay here again. It's not a very big hotel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is good and the staff and very helpful and friendly. It's only a short walk from the main town and attractions, and some of the rooms have... More

We have just had a brilliant time here, the staff were extremely friendly and at meal times they couldn't do enough for you, evening meal was soup, pork with fresh veg and Yorkshire puddings followed by choice of hot or cold dessert, tea and coffee flowing freely and the breakfast was cooked fresh with as much toast and coffee or... Stayed here on the 3rd to 5th of May. The hotel is a small independent hotel. The double rooms are adequate, with the usual tv and tea facilities. Only a walk in shower in the small bathroom but it was a hot powerful shower. Excellent service from the staff and the food was really good. The hotel is located on the... More

Stayed here 6th April on a 1 night stay with National Holidays. Hotel is situated right on sea front very nice location. Close to all amenities, shops pubs etc. On arrival we were given keys to our quite spacious room with a gorgeous sea view. There was everything you could need for a 1 night stay. Lovely and comfortable double... More
