What an amazing team of staff working here. Professional yet friendly! Stayed 2 nights in family room, great location. Buffet breakfast, great choice, also ate dinner, couldn't fault, will stay again.

A night for two for £35. Very convenient, near the A12 for our tour of Essex and Suffolk over four days. Excellent service on reception - changed our room without being asked to one that was more convenient for us near the entrance. Decent Premier Inn, you get what you get! usually decent but parking lacking and in this instance poor service in Bar from little childlike staff with attitudes and an arrogant lady Manager. Guys don't ID challenge a guest after she has been staying a week when she has 4 kids in tow, then laugh about it!

Although chairs in the room were not comfortable and a little mould on ceiling in bathroom, the bed was great and the staff were the best I've come across. They made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, a real bonus when traveling alone.

Having this being our third visit to this hotel, it never fails us.
