It was not my first visit in this hotel (I have 3-4 nights for business trip twice a year). It was much better (service and quality) in 2010 and 2011. This time the room was not clean, noisy (trains). The food and the breakfast quality is poor.

we booked this hotel for a family weekend, it was ideal for our day trips into London, Legoland and Chessington. Friendly and helpful staff, easy to get to by train, we drove and managed to park in the hotel carpark which was lucky as it was free. Rooms good, with great sound proofing from the outside, but you can hear every word spoken on the outside of your room door!
