Very convenient to the airport but my room was filthy -- huge wet spot on the carpet, sticky bathroom floor, and an overwhelming chemical smell that made my eyes tear up. When advised of these conditions, staff were quite snippy.

Automatic check in failed to dispense key. Receptionist looked irritated that we troubled him. Beds were crooked and only had one pillow per person. Reception did supply more. Stayed for 2 nights for proximity to legoland and thorpe park. Rooms are clean basic, which is all we need, breakfast was a bit of a free for all, "all you can eat" breakfast, but they kept running out of everything, staff while obviously working hard, could have offered apologies.
