Just spent two nights at the Wharncliffe B&B in Scarborough which was excellent. Derek the proprietor was very friendly and welcoming. We had a sea view room which was lovely. The breakfast on both mornings was excellent with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. I would recommend a stay at the Wharncliffe B&B to anyone.

This is a lovely hotel. The proprietor, Derek, was friendly and very helpful, recommending restaurants and places to see. great place ,great views neat and comfy room ,lovely king size bed and slept like babies, . breakfast was fab with many types of fruit , yogurts, cereals bacon was yummy and the jam was lovely also all the extras you need in your room ,thank you :) x

Good location with a great view but the rooms are small, although they have everything you need, there was no bath because of the size of the room and the shower was only just big enough, the food was ok but the owners where down right rude and not very accommodating maybe it's time they retired!!
