We stayed in one of the standard, newer rooms, which was perfectly adequate, although devoid of character. Just about spacious enough: clean bathroom, good shower. Comfortable bed but rock-hard pillows. Breakfast was good. Tasty sausages, well-cooked and tasty bacon, decent coffee. Perfect poached egg, all served efficiently, even though the hotel was busy.
