From booking this hotel the staff were always very friendly, we stayed on a Saturday to go to a wedding. Booking in was quick and easy, the room was clean, but the TV did not work, somebody was sent to fix it, but was not able to, we were given free wifi to make amends, as we were staying overnight... Hotel is quite dated throughout. Staff are friendly and the food is actually fairly decent. The shower was quiet weak. The real main negative is the pillows. They are tiny which means you just can't get comfortable.

Fast and friendly service, clean room poor quality bed in comparison to other similar hotel chains. Would have been a lovely view from the room but the outside of the windows was filthy,or covered with something. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Booked for 2 nights but hopefully have time to find some where else for the 2nd night. Room service food was awful, couldn't eat it. You can hear every single person in rooms around you, def not a good place to stay unless you want to be woken up constantly by other people and have dinner from the crisp machine.

Spent a night at this hotel following a night at the races. The room was clean and tidy with a lovely view of the parade ring. The staff were lovely and helpful in the Premier bar during the races and in the Parade bar afterwards. The food was lovely and a lovely freshly cooked buffet breakfast bit overpriced at £13.00... Spent a night at the Holiday Inn following an evening at the racecourse. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Horizon's restaurant package was excellent, the food was superb and is highly recommended. Breakfast is buffet style and served until late at the weekend which was useful.

I have used this hotel on a few occasions now, as it is a good base for visiting my employers main depot.
