Highly recommend this beautiful b and b in the pretty village of Swithland. Steve was a gracious host and we felt privileged to stay in his home. The room was well equiped and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful.

This b&b exceeded our expectations, all mod cons,well presented,and very comfortable,The breakfast's were exceptional,all dished up at a time to suit yourselves with clean towel's daily,everything was spotless, Steve being the perfect host to make our weekend something to remember . We stayed at keepers lodge when attending a friend’s wedding in the nearby village of Thurcaston, so the location was perfect. Steve the host was very friendly and welcoming.
