Very nice and clean, nice hosts as well. Bar advertised on sites but not been there for a year. The breakfast was nice and hot, could do with better quality sausages . Booked a 2 night stay at the Elmfield in a family room. It may be a good idea to phone ahead after booking to confirm your expected arrival time. Apparently some of the booking sites don't provide that information in advance and we received a couple of phone calls from the Elmfield en route to check when we were arriving.... More

Yet again our stay with Jackie and Martin has been brilliant .Its freindly very clean and Martin cooks an excellent breakfast.Its value for money.We have gone back to the Elmfield the past five years as have other freinds we have made there.Location good would recommend Trevor and Janet

We go to Yarmouth every year and would never stay anywhere else. Jackie and Martin always make us feel like we're at home. The rooms are always clean and smell lovely. My thanks to Jackie and Martin for looking after me for my 16 day stay. The room was very comfortable with great wifi and tv. Would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Great Yarmouth.

We stayed at The Elmfield for a short break recently.The room was comfortable and clean.Martin kindly helped us to our room,with our luggage.The breakfast was lovely,with plenty of choice.The location was good,and near to everything.The shower was not very powerful.

My husband and two children stayed at the elmfield in august the room was very spaciouse and clean, martin and jackie were very helpful and gave us free admissions to many local attractions, the breakfast was to die for with plenty of selctions and nothing was to much trouble, and we will be defiantly be returning soon.higly recommended.
