A really enjoyable stay in one of the larger lodges. Very spacious and with good facilities. Only gripes are cost of heating for a cold week was £75 as you pay commercial electricity rates. It's worth asking for a lodge with night storage heaters as they are more economical. Otherwise a great stay. The local nature walks are good too

Great venue for a conference! Plenty of well appointed rooms which are very clean and comfortable. WiFi effective which really is an asset when on a business trip. Food good and plentiful. We have been before but this lodge was one of the newer ones and as such benefitted from a slightly improived spec, although I believe the older ones have all now been refurbished.
