Took a friend back with me last time it was lovely, as always, home from home. We enjoyed the fire and the cosiness, and easy walking to the pub, walks for the dogs, and closeness to everything, cannot fault Millhouse and spanish friend is recommending it to friends back there who visit the UK, looking forward to our next stay.

I booked 2 of the cottages for my best friends hen weekend and we had a brilliant time. The cottages were nice and the location is beautiful. We are about to visit for the 6th time, we love it, we have four dogs and it is fantastic for them the freedom in the garden etc, we have always been very welcome and nothing a problem, we feel very comfortable all round, very much like home from home. Delightful location, very picturesque, we have stayed on 2 occasions, on one of the occasions we rented all 3 cottages as we took some friends with us, found the owner extremely helpful and approachable, hot tub was excellent, very clean, rippling stream next to the BBQ,very romantic, especially with the log burner and four poster bed, we took our dogs... On arrival owner was welcoming although rather intoxicated, was shown round a very lovely cottage on first inspection, We were warned about the hot tub the cost for cleaning it. Large deposit given to secure breakages although not much to break. No sign of Wifi and were not even given keys to the cottage, we had to ask for these.... More

The location is lovely but be warned if you use the hot tub you will be unlikely to get you deposit back. We also let the owner know we required a sofa bed in one of the living rooms. Sadly she wasn't there and only after having a good look and seeing keys left did we see a get in.... More
