Warm, friendly, professional service. Nothing was too much trouble from checkin to the restaurant. The room was amazing value, decorated beautifully and a superb bathroom. Stayed over one night , the accomodation was spacious, clean & a very modern room. Also dinned here on the evening food was excellent & good sized portions , breakfast was really good too. Staff on arrival were very helpful & overall service was very good would highly recommend.

I took a party from work for a business meeting, meal and overnight stay. The facilities were great in regards to the meeting, the meal and the service were first class and the bedrooms were a great standard. Overall I would highly recommend as a value for money. Robert H

Me and 4 friends booked for one night stay July. Hotel staff were extremely helpful as soon as we arrived. The rooms were big, clean and ideal for our night in newcastle. The hotel is what i would say quirky. From the moment we entered the staff were really helpful. Our room was great, tv wasn't working but didn't really need it as only there for a concert.
