I stayed here as part of the Shamrocker tour. I had no idea that it was part of the Clinton Centre. I kind of wish I knew the history while I was staying there. The dorm rooms feel kind of cramped. The staff was friendly. Their Wifi was down, while I was there for one night.

The hostel was really clean and well-kept, and in a decent location close to pubs and shopping. I disliked the rule about not eating in the TV room but apart from that everything was fine. TV room was opened until after midnight so you don't feel like a kid being sent to bed as happens at some Y.H's. Excellent location.

For a YHA hostel this is really letting the side down, we were with a group and all of us complained. The beds were horrible, I have slept on floors more comfortable than those mattresses.
