As soon as you enter the Cloud Hotel it becomes apparent that it caters predominately for the more genteel elderly type of clientele. The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean and smart, but becoming very dated. Have just returned from 4 nights at The Cloud. The staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel over looks the New Forest with ponies grazing outside the hotel. Food exceptional. Shall probably return again in the near future.

My father and step-mother love this cosy and genteel Hotel visiting it regularly for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea so it was the ideal choice for his 80th Birthday Lunch. The beauty of this place is nothing changes. Still good food, still warm and inviting. Same friendly efficient staff. Prices might have changed a bit though. Great position, walk out the door straight into the forest. Tastefully decorated rooms, ground floor with walk in showers available. Ideal for the elderly or bit dodgy on your pins. Will keep on returning.

Great hotel with excellent staff. The stay was to celebrate a 70th Birthday. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. We will definatly be paying a return visit sometime soon.
