My husband and I stayed here for three nights in April. Our room was clean and bright and it was lovely listening to the waves at night and looking out over the bay. Nice breakfast and great location right near to Seaworld. We were lucky with the weather so we spent all day on the beach.

Owner has two dogs that bark and yap. Not a peaceful place not very clean.as it smells doggy. Dated decor. Breakfast cold and not well cooked. Would not recommend. .very disappointing. Now offering a free night if you stay for 3 nights. 1 night was more than enough

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, however this guest was made to pay for extra cleaning as they we sick all over the carpet, so this is just sour grapes. Good luck to him. More

Me my wife and my 6 year old son stayed here for two nights whilst the Olympic Sailing was on and what gem it is. We had a sea view family room (Room 4) which was functional and very clean. My son particularly enjoyed throwing open the curtains each morning to look at the boats and early activity taking place... More

Lovely warm welcome when we arrived, instantly felt at home. Right on the beach and you can park outside on both sides of the road (between 6pm and 10am). Great recommendation from the owner for a chip shop where my daughter and I had fish and chips out of a bucket and spade on the beach which coming from the... More

I guess you book places like this with a little trepidation, however, upon arrival the landlady came out to us with a smile & immediately we felt at home, the guesthouse is situated right by the beach, everything was clean, food was good, cereals, juices, tea, coffee & full English, everything for a growing lad such as myself, couldn't have... As title suggests this was a trip of middle aged men who should know better!! Found the place easily and was met by the landlady who greeted us with a smile. We booked in and were given our keys. Rooms were spot on and nice and clean. Following a night sampling the pubs of Weymouth..("The Market Place had best beer"!)... More
