Family rooms are ok, usual double bed and double sofa bed. generally a clean hotel. Spa makes it a great place to stay, especially for things like Alton Towers or visiting sports events at Fenton Manor or Brittania Stadium. Breakfast is the best buffet. Friendly staff and good service

Clean. Good food choices. Checkin not very efficient No alarm call received despite 2 requests. No priority club rewards offered at checkin despite being Platinum member. Executive rooms are a good 800yds from reception! Bathrooms relatively small. Wireless access £15 / 24h, only for 2 devices.
