short stay in the lakes with my father. great little guest house, close enough to walk into bowness, very comfortable, very quiet. Dave and Sue were fabulous hosts giving lots of advice and a wonderful breakfast. Shame about the weather as it rained for most of our stay. good access to the rest of the area by short car journey - very close to ferry to hawkshead/coniston more
