This is an outstanding B&B and any review that says otherwise wrong. The bedrooms are immaculate the hosts are perfect and the breakfast is delicious! Literally 5 mins stroll to the lakes if (if you don't stop off at one of the pubs on the way down)! Will be returning!

Colin and Mandy were both very welcoming,friendly and helpful. Room 1 which we stayed in had a lovely little seating area to get cosy and watch tv (when hungover New Year's Day) ha ha. Would not stay again. The bed was uncomfortable, shower at child height, old brown towels and no towel hanger, no hair dryer, breakfast was ok but not fantastic. Cheap bottle of plonk on the breakfast table New Year's Day.

would recomend 80 bed then breakfast perfect location 5 min walk to shops and bars and to the lake. hosts are lovely very helpful and friendly. rooms comfortable very modern and very clean and comfortable, breakfast very nice and plenty of choice. would definately stay again and would definatley recommend to others.

Nice large rooms with seating area for additional comfort. Location perfect for walking to the town/lake without the need for the car. Breakfast nicely cooked and plenty of it. Hosts very nice and extremely helpful.
