My parents have used this hotel on a few occasions now to visit me and the facilities and team have been excellent. My father is disabled and the disabled room is perfect for his needs. Nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We just stayed for one night at the Premier Inn at Durham north. The staff were friendly and rooms predictably clean and well maintained. You get a consistent offer and good value for money given we got a cheap rate.

We stayed in the Premter Inn for 2 nights whilst in Durham to attend a wedding.We were extremely pleased with our accomodation. The helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff was outstanding and certainly added to our enjoyment of the weekend. Rooms were spacious and beds very clean and comfortable.

Nice clean rooms,polite,friendly,helpfull staff would recommend it to anyone who wants value for money.We stayed 1 night and ended up with a little bit extra as i concieved our son here,now 21 weeks pregnant.Everythings premiere but the price ha ha.

Great little hotel. Clean and comfy rooms with great shower and plenty hot water. Hotel has helpful friendly staff. Not far from city centre so ideal base for looking round the city. Lots of free parking and option to eat at the restaurant next door.
