Having stayed at this hotel on previous occasions, we knew we would have a complete relaxing break. Sallyann and Peter certainly saw to this for us. We had a sea view room and the food was up to its usual high standard. We were lucky with the weather and managed to visit some local beauty spots, Steephill Cove and St... More

Having checked this Hotel on Trip Advisor I felt that my choice had been a good one. On contacting Peter he was only too happy to arrange for our four night half board stay but also included our ferry crossing as part of the package. As soon as we arrived at the Hotel and were met by Peter and Sally... More

On the first day of my 4 night break I was reminded of staying in decent private hotels in the past, comfy bedrooms, small shower rooms (because they have been fitted into the room) but fuctional, good value food served at your table, with advance ordering to ensure prompt service. A lounge area which happens to have a bar, a... More

First time we've been to this hotel in Shanklin and it was excellent in every way. Peter and Sally Ann were excellent hosts and were there on hand whenever needed. They are nice people who are very friendly and service focussed. The hotel is in a very convenient and central part of Shanklin (very near the Old Town and Theatre).... More

We stayed here for a short two night visit with my family, as we had to attend a funeral on the island. Sally Anne and Peter were really nice to us and made us feel very welcome immediately. As it was high season and a last minute booking, I was not expecting much apart from a quiet place to sleep.... More

Nice comfortable hotel, well priced, better for longer stays. Beds comfy, clean rooms, nice sea views, rooms contain all the usual stuff you would expect to find. The TV was small but adequate. Not far from Shanklin beach. The owners were lovely and the food was just gorgeous. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners Peter and Sally Ann... More

JUST RETURNED FROM A FANTASTIC W/E AT VICTORIA LODGE HOTEL with family and friends, Food, Accommodation, Service excellent, Sally Anne & Peter certainly go the extra mile for their Guest's. In the Hotels/Guest Houses we have stayed at in the past, you were just a Number on a Registar, ie: given your Key, this is certainly not the case with... More
