We had a wonderful stay at the Brunswick, the location was excellent overlooking the sea with wonderful views. The staff were really helpful, and the children loved the indoor pool. The menu catered for a range of diet requirements, with a separate children's menu which was helpful for our fussy eaters. Lovely family run hotel which will will visit again... More

We stayed Easter Weekend in a family room (2 adults & 2 kids) which is in an extension seperate from the main hotel, but but only a few seconds walk across the car park. The room was excellent, very spacious and had an additional room for the kids to sleep in. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and... More

We stayed in the attic room of the annex, very roomy would suit a family. All velux windows with great views at the back and your own little staircase down to your lounge again great views. The hotel is comfortable and clean but is in need of a refurb, ( don't let that put you off as it is clean... More

Stayed last couple of days August 2012. lovely pleasant friendly hotel, and peacefully quiet. Really nice staff, couldn't do enough for you. Stayed in the lodge, great big room and bathroom, absolutely spotless. Breakfast freshly cooked, good hearty food just what you need for the walk along the path down to the beach and back up again. Didn't try the... More

We paid around £40 pppn and staying 3 nights at the end of August. We booked a couple of days before arrival and the hotel had no family rooms left but were accommodating in allocating us a twin and a double next to each other. Both of our rooms had a cold damp feeling to them, even to the point... More

We recently stayed at the Brunswick Hotel for a four night stay (there was six in our party, including a two-year-old).Having read previous reviews of this hotel, whereby the main overall opinion seems to be it's a pleasant and clean hotel,if not a little bit dated.I agree. However,if you look past the asthetics of the hotel, you'll find that it is a rather quaint... We decided to venture abroad this year and went across the wide open sea to the iow. Its two years since we stayed there. The location gives sea views and access to the town it has own parking a real bonus and is away from road noise. The staff are all very helpful and maintain the hotel and rooms to... More

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. We had a lovely time, the hotel is in a great location, so close to the beach and has beautiful views. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. It was obvious that there were guests there that must return year after year as it appeared to be somewhat of a... More
