My Mother (75 year old) and her friend (90 years old) stayed here in September 2009 for a few days. The experience they had was that place was run with no consideration for the customer. This was the 1st and last time we travel on a Robinsons holiday . The driver on the IOW was very knowledgable but was very aloof , abrupt and should spend more time sharpening his interpersonal skills rather than propping up the bar , pontificating and criticising other road users .
