We returned today 4/4/13 after spending 7nts at this hotel, the staff are brilliant from the management to all the dining room staff and the cleaners nothing to much trouble. Have read the recent review and agree with most comments. The most obvious difference we noticed related to us not the hotel. Now aged nearer 90 than 80 the stairs appeared more numerous than last time but we still enjoyed ourselves. NB do book a premier room whatever else you do !!!
