We went to Ilfracombe to meet friends and had an enjoyable stay at the Elmfield the warm swimming pool was a nice surprise. Zoe and her husband are a lovely friendly helpful couple who go out of their way to give you an enjoyable break.

We came to the Elmfield on honeymoon with our three month old baby in tow. They couldn't do enough for us and we lost count of the small touches that made a big difference. Perfect for young families - they understand the needs of those travelling with babies and did everything possible to give us the perfect break.

We went for a friend's wedding in Ilfracombe and stayed at The Elmfield. Very competitively priced. Owner was friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. Very relaxed atmosphere. And importantly made a mean full english breakfast. Highly recommend it

Stayed here for second time in April. Room was lovely although on the small side and as before Zoe was friendly and helpful, even lending us maps and advising us where to go in the area.
